Payment Options:
I accept payments through Paypal.
Did you know that you don't need an actual Paypal account to make a credit card payment?!?! Here is how is works:
1) Customers enter their name and shipping address.
2) They’re prompted for their credit card, email address, and phone number.
3) (Optional) After reviewing their information, they may choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
(This information comes directly from the Paypal website.)
OR
You can pay directly with your credit card, thanks to direct checkout through Etsy.

~If you wish to have a custom order made for you, please note that I require payment in full on the order. (The order will then be made and shipped to you.)
Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete, or longer, depending on the size of the order.

Effective 6/1/2012: Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all purchases. (Sales tax will not apply to shipping costs.)
Shipping:
Items are shipped through USPS.
Painted mason jars will take 1 to 2 weeks, before they are shipped.
(All mason jars are made, once an order is placed.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped through the USPS by First-Class Mail International.
Any and all taxes, customs and/or additional fees are the responsibility of the BUYER.
(Note that custom fees you receive are NOT included in the cost of the shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.)
Items will be shipped once the order is paid in full, that includes all shipping charges.
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the package to arrive.
**Please note, I will ship to the address that is linked to the Paypal or Etsy account, used to pay for the purchase.
(You will be refunded, if your shipping is $2.00 or more over what is needed to ship your item(s).)
*All packages come with tracking numbers!
Refunds and Exchanges:
I really do strive to make the best candles I can, but if there is a problem with an order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
Returns of any unused candles need to be made within 5 days of receiving the order and you will receive a refund or an exchange. (Shipping charges to return the item(s) are the buyer's responsibility.)
For custom orders, all sales are final; however, if the item(s) are damaged or broken, please send me a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once proof of the damage has arrived, I will refund the cost of the order (the shipping costs will not be refunded) or make a replacement order, depending on the wishes of the customer. (If you wish to have a replacement order, the buyer will only be responsible for shipping costs and customs fees for International orders.)
If there is any problem with your order of painted mason jars, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the items. Returns of painted mason jars will need to be made within 5 days of receiving the order and you will receive a refund or an exchange. (Shipping charges to return the items are the buyer's responsibility.)
-The painted mason jars need to be the same condition as when they left my shop, in order to receive a full refund.-
You may return a custom painted mason jar order. (The terms for refund/exchange are the same as above.)
Lost Packages:
If your package is "lost", please contact me and YOUR local post office.
No refunds or new items will be granted, until we have exhausted every avenue to find the missing package.
If we cannot find your missing package, you may have a refund for the cost of the missing items only. (There will be no refund for shipping charges.)
Other:
All items come from a NON-SMOKING household.
(My home is pet friendly.)
